Moonlighter’s First Big Update is Now Live on PC

The first of many detailed in the roadmap.

11 bit studios and Digital Sun Games released the first big update called More Stock for Moonlighter, available for everyone who owns the game on PC, while Xbox One and PS4 users will have to wait until the coming weeks.

One of the first things that players will recognize is a significant change for room patterns, as more than 100 were added in this update, expanding the pool of new threats even further. Also, following players’ demand, enchanted weapons got a new particle FX associated with each enchantment level, and players can now enjoy wearing different armor skins based on the dungeon’s aesthetic.

There’s also a mysterious challenge waiting for those who revisit boss rooms: a pack of monsters will be awaiting, and the quicker you defeat them, the greater the reward will be with up to three chests, which carry more loot that you can usually find in dungeons. Aside from the biggest changes, the developers listed a bunch more on the Steam page, so make sure to check it out for further details.

Moonlighter’s free content roadmap is just starting, and the next one will a new type of items, New Game + and much more. Make sure to visit the official site for more information, and don’t forget to follow the devs on Twitter for the latest news.
