Keep re-rollin’ rollin’ rollin’.

Bandai Namco announced Katamari Damacy REROLL, a remastered version of the iconic stuff recollecting experience for both Switch and PC, coming later this year on December 7th.

Are you a fan of cleaning up your desk, house, backyard or even entire neighborhoods? Did you ever dream with being able to just collect everything and turn it into a giant ball? Well, Katamari Damacy REROLL follows that exact spirit. Announced yesterday during September’s Nintendo Direct, the game will arrive with remastered graphics and shiny looking cutscenes.

The story goes like this: the King of All Cosmos (quote) has gotten rid of all the stars in the sky, and after realizing that could lead to some minor to huge consequences later on, he tasks his son to go to earth and roll up as many furniture, food, cars and entire landscapes as possible to bring them back.

For those playing it on Switch, the game will feature Gyro controls, HD Rumble and the possibility to go face to face in multiplayer, with each using a joy-con.

Katamari Damacy REROLL will be available for both Steam and Switch players on December 7th. Make sure to visit the official site for more information.
