Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles Is Now on Switch

Explore a vast and vibrant world.

Prideful Sloth announced that Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles is out today on Switch. The open-world adventure from the former Activision producer and Rocksteady veterans was previously released on PC and PS4.

A corrupting force known as Murk has invaded the world of Yonder. Throughout eight unique biomes, a customizable hero will have to find magical Sprites, the only creatures who can banish this evil. Activities like crafting, cooking, brewing and fishing are also available from the very first moments, leading to a “play at your own terms” adventure.

As you explore the world of Gemea, you can interact with locals, discover unique materials to craft, create your own working farm and spend countless of hours trying out new outfits for your character (there is a very long list of clothing and accessories). Oh, and you can also befriend and adopt all kind of endearing creatures.

Yonder it’s all about exploration and building your own path in the world. For example, there isn’t any kind of combat in the game, and the Murk is represented as a mere mist that blocks important parts of Gemea. Fighting against it will also unlock new places for you to explore.

The game is now available on Switch through the eShop. Make sure to visit the official site for more information, and don’t forget to follow the devs on Twitter for the latest news about Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles and future games from Prideful Sloth.
