The chinese game studio SpaceCan and publisher X.D. Network Inc. will released Juicy Realm, a stylish top-down shooter, in May 3rd. The game features a solo campaign with local multiplayer, roguelike elements and a really neat art style. PS4 and Switch versions will be available on August 2018.
Think of a even more frenetic take on Plants vs. Zombies, as fruits, vegetables and nature have grown tired and are fighting back against humanity. As the main hero of mankind, you’ll dive into the mysterious plant kingdom to up an end to this madness. With a starting ground like this you can expect an even weirder and hilarious gameplay, featuring unique weapons like an ATM that shoots money to battle against big-eyed watermelons.

Along with the procedural generated maps and roguelite elements, players will be able to build and upgrade their own camps, find all kind of collectibles and easter eggs, and much more.
SpaceCan has been developing Juicy Realm for the past two years, focusing on delivering the best gameplay experience possible. The studio is formed by two friends: Tyreal, an app developer/programmer, and Bibo X, a comic strip artist who once won the OACC (Golden Dragon Award Original Animation & Comic Competition) in China.
The game will be available on Steam for $9.99, £7.19, and €9.99 depending on your region. Along with the mentioned PS4 and Switch ports, devs have also stated that “iOS and Android versions will be released at the end of this year.”
