Klei announced Don’t Starve: Nintendo Switch Edition, releasing on April 12 at a price point of $19.99 USD. This version also includes both DLCs to date, Shipwrecked and Reign of Giants.
This is the second game from the studio to be confirmed for Switch. The last, Mark of the Ninja: Remastered, was announced during the latest Nindie Showcase as the first title to headline the list. A few days ago, Klei also announced it will also be arriving on PC, PS4 and Xbox One, as announced on their Twitter.
Initially released on April 2013 (yes, it really has been that long), Don’t Starve became one of the most succesful survival games out there, with over 44000 reviews and a 10/10 score on Steam. It received ports for consoles and mobile devices, the two mentioned large DLCs and a few special events for Don’t Starve: Together, the multiplayer version.
There aren’t any further details regarding the rest of Klei’s catalogue, but I could certainly hope we get to see even more games coming to Switch, especially considering the benefits for local co-op games such as the beat ’em up Shank and its sequel.

At the moment, the studio is also working on a turn based RPG called Griftlands, the curious first person platformer Hot Lava and the complex, yet charming Oxygen Not Included which is currently on Early Access.
